She has been appointed in over 500 consumer mediations related to e-commerce, real estate, banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, tourism, and sports. This expertise in consumer law also enables her to assist businesses, in her capacity as a lawyer, on all issues related to consumer law and e-commerce.
A member of the Association of European Mediators (AME) and trained in amicable dispute resolution, Dr. Amel Makhlouf also acts as a mediator in the context of conventional mediations. Her approach, focused on listening, neutrality, and efficiency, aims to facilitate constructive dialogue and guide the parties toward concrete, sustainable, and mutually agreed solutions.
